• Copyright is released for any personal use i.e Copying and re printing, Social media
posts pertaining to you or your horse
• Advertising the sale of your horse/pony
• Services you personally offer like Stud services/training services
• Personal press releases/yearbooks/studbooks

Commercial use:

• Product promotion
• Services offered for financial gain, not covered under personal use

Publications

• Profit making publications may publish our images upon payment
of the agreed fee.

Copyright infringements upon our images will de dealt with strictly and may result in your images being removed from our website, your social media accounts being taken down or financial redress being sought.
